Cloud VPS Pakistan - Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Cloud VPS Pakistan provides VPS hosting and related internet services for businesses and individuals in Pakistan and abroad. To ensure fair and safe usage of our network, all customers (“Subscribers”) must follow this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Fair Usage

Subscribers are responsible for the content they host and share. Activities that harm our network, reputation, or other customers are strictly prohibited.

Email & Spam

Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), running unapproved email marketing campaigns, or operating open mail relays is not allowed. Accounts found spamming may be suspended or terminated.

Intellectual Property

Hosting content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited. Repeat violations may result in termination.

Illegal or Harmful Content

Hosting or distributing illegal content, obscene materials, child pornography, or anything that violates Pakistani or international law is not permitted.

Security & Hacking

Unauthorized access, hacking, scanning, or distributing malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks is strictly forbidden.

Resource Abuse

On shared “fair use” VPS plans, excessive or sustained CPU, I/O, or bandwidth usage (such as crypto mining or video encoding) requires a dedicated CPU plan.

Prohibited Software

Applications such as CamFrog or similar high-risk software are not allowed on our network.

Other Activities

Fraud, phishing, scams, credit card abuse, software piracy, or any activity harmful to Cloud VPS Pakistan or its customers is prohibited.

Monitoring & Compliance

We do not monitor customer data by default, but may investigate and take action (suspension or termination) if violations occur or if required by law.

Customer Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for their own actions as well as those of their clients and users. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
