Welcome to Cloud VPS Pakistan! These Terms of Service explain how you can use our services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@cloudvps.pk.

1. Lawful Use

You may only use our services for legal purposes under the laws of Pakistan. You may not host, share, or transmit copyrighted or pirated content, threatening or obscene material, or content restricted by PTA or other Pakistani laws. Illegal activities or content that harms our servers or the internet are not allowed.

2. Bandwidth & Traffic Usage

Each service comes with a fixed data limit. If you exceed the limit, extra charges may apply. On unmetered plans, you must use bandwidth fairly without affecting other customers.

3. Acceptable Use

Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of these terms. Breaking the AUP means breaking these Terms of Service.

4. Service Rights

We may suspend, cancel, or refuse service if the account is used illegally, the service negatively impacts other customers, or payments are not made on time.

5. Billing & Payments

Services are subscription-based (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.). Invoices are issued in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Payments must be made before the due date. If a payment fails and isn’t cleared within 24 hours, your service may be suspended.

6. Fees & Charges

Setup fees (if any) must be paid before activation. Monthly and periodic charges are non-refundable. Cancelling in the middle of a billing cycle does not reduce the invoice amount.

7. Account Suspension

Accounts suspended due to non-payment may require a renewal fee before services are restored.

8. Refund Policy

No refunds on VPS, Cloud, Dedicated, or Colocation services. Domain registration fees are also non-refundable. To cancel, send us a request 7 days before your next billing date. Please contact us before purchasing any plan if you have questions or need more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or lost business, revenue, or profits due to downtime. Our liability is limited to ending the affected service.

10. Abuse & Violations

Report abuse to abuse@cloudvps.pk. Accounts violating our terms may be suspended or terminated immediately.

11. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for system crashes, data loss, or downtime. Some services use third-party hardware or software; issues caused by them are outside our responsibility. We reserve the right to update these Terms or pricing at any time.

12. Account Activation

By activating your account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
